Compass Concierge is the hassle-free way to help sell your home faster and for a higher price.

From staging to renovation, we can leverage our exclusive Concierge program to prepare your home for the market with zero upfront costs or interest. By investing in your home's potential, we aim to provide a swifter, more profitable sale.

How it works

  1. Decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.

  2. When you’re ready to start, your Compass agent will be by your side as you engage contractors and vendors. 

  3. Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.  
  4. You’ll pay for the services and any applicable fees* when one of the following happens – your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date. Subject to program terms that may vary by market.

In almost all cases, no. Consumers in California borrowing less than $10,000 may have those borrowings reported to a credit agency.

Most are very quick! For some borrowers, additional documents (mortgage statements, trust agreements, etc.) may be requested. Make sure you respond to Notable ina  timely manner to ensure things are not delayed.

Depending on your state of residence, fees or interest may apply. Please refer to your loan application for details.

Notable allows sellers to receive funds directly in their bank account or request a check be sent directly to the vendor. All requests after the first $5K will require proof of invoice or submission or a scope of work document. Please allow up to 3 business days for cash transfer to your account and up to 14 days for check payments to reach vendors via the post.
